Dear SEC,
Please do not take away the ability to hedge my portfolio by limiting access to leveraged etf's. Also, these leveraged ETF's make it possible for me to easily have an array of exposure to companies and commodities within theses ETF's. Duplicating this exposure would take a corresponding array of options which usually have large spreads where the individual investor like myself has a difficult time trading at the posted price mark. Also amassing an equivalent array of options would take days and weeks.
Please do what you can to preserve my access to these funds.
