If a marketable security is approved by the SEC there should be no limitations for its purchase. I am an experienced investor and am aware of the risks. It's unfortunate that the majority of the public buys junk bonds and even leveraged junk that in today's economy is a tremendous unknown risk to the public. National, international and personal debt is out of control and inverse funds may be one of the most prudent investments.
