Using inverse and leveraged funds is a small part of my strategy for protecting my portfolio however they are important to me.
While I oppose a third-party evaluation of my capability of understanding these funds and oppose any restrictions to using them I would understand and accept the idea of investors signing off that we understand the extra risks involved.
