I do not agree with the proposed Rule $S7-24-15. This kind of rule is unnecessarily to protect investors. It is also damaging my opportunity to hedge the market in a downturn. I want to preserve the long-standing public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice. If the SEC want to protect investors should construct rules and regulations that prevent Frequency Trading by computers.
