I trade UVXY for years, as it provides security to my portfolio in times of correction or recession - and can even be used for short term dips. I have had other of these leveraged and inverse funds over the years, and have had no problem understanding them. I do not like change, even less if it leads to having to change my personal investment strategy, so please leave them alone - no further regulation required
