Dear SEC,
I am an leverage and inverse funds investor for the past 5 years. I have 2 accounts, an IRA account and a brokerage account with TD Ameritrade.
I have used leverage and inverse funds on both accounts. The leverage and inverse funds are very important to me because they allow me to see enhanced returns and help me to protect my portfolio.
I am able to understand leverage and inverse funds and their performance characteristics. I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.
I want to preserve the long-standing free public market where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
I am 100% opposing any proposed legislation that would limit my free investment choices with leverage and inverse ETF.
