Leave leveraged and inverse ETFs alone. I am a retail investor, but am more than capable of understanding the risks invovled and frankly, it is not the business of the government to determine this in the first place. The resources of the SEC would be far better utilized going after financial crimes such as insider trading and such. This is a solution in search of a problem.
