I'am a small investor and I use the spxu in case there is a crash. It is cheap protection and doesn't expire like options. Unwinding these pro-shares maybe a big head ache for the mkt.
Please tell us why there is a need for this ruling?
I respect the fine work you people do to protect us but this one is safe as far as I can tell.
