I have used leveraged funds for many years as a component of my overall investment strategy. I am already required to provide additional information to my broker, and am already no longer allowed to purchase these funds under most circumstances. These are not predatory funds. These are funds for educated investors like myself. The SEC should not make this any harder than it already is through unnecessary regulation.
