I wish to express my opposition to your proposed rule regarding trading in leveraged and inverse funds.
I am fully aware of the risks involved in these trades and limit my exposure to them to a small amount of my portfolio. I think it important to maintain a free market in equities and think it would be too burdensome for investment houses to enforce the requirements.
I hope that the SEC will see that the proposed rule change would not be workable. Thank you.
