I am opposed to the proposed rule S7-24-15. Leveraged funds comprise an important part of my investment portfolio and strategy. I understand the risks and benefits of the funds. I don't believe government has any business trying to regulate my ability to make my own investment decisions. Brokerages already gather and evaluate the same data on investors when we open accounts with them. There is no need to spend my tax money to further regulate investment activities.
