I am against new proposed regulations that would restrict my ability to buy leveraged funds. This would appear to be a power grab -- allowing only bankers to have access to such opportunities while restricting the small investor. I think the proposed regulations are just wrong. I don't want to open a futures account -- I like leveraged and leveraged inverse funds. If you would think about it, you would realize that letting all folks participate on an even playing field to some extent -- makes for more stable markets -- not less.
