As a private investor who has been trading for over 20 years I am totally against Sec proposed rule #S7-24-15. It is very important for me to be able to hedge my long positions so as to maintain my assets during down trends in the market including bear markets. I don't see how this proposal was even introduced for consideration. I am not aware of reading or hearing of individual investors in general having problems with using these trading funds. I am requesting that this proposal be dropped from consideration since for most investors such as myself this proposal would be detrimental. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
