Also, to add to my comments,
We fully realize that leverage makes the shares such as UPRO and TQQQ more volatile, but for investors who have a long term horizon and are betting on the quality of US stock market, this is a great investment vehicle that allows everyone to dream and plan for the long term.
It would be super unfortunate if these investment vehicles were to be removed or made more burdensome. Please don't.
