Dear SEC,
I am writing to share my concerns regarding SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15 which I understand would add more regulations restricting investor ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds.
I am a lifetime member of American Association of Individual Investors and I purposely seek out specific leveraged funds to both enhance my investment return and protect my portfolio. I do not want a third-party evaluating my capability to make my own investment choices. I am accountable for my own investment decisions and do not believe the SEC should be restricting my ability to invest in the types of funds I would choose.

I urge you to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
