Leveraged and inverse funds are important as they allow me to seek enhanced returns on certain trends in the market and help protect my portfolio. I use the leveraged and inverse funds and understand their characteristics. I do not want a third-party evaluating my capability and gathering personal financial information in order to do so. This process could prevent me from buying them and using these as important diversification tools. We MUST preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors such as myself and my financial advisor have the freedom to buy public securities without additional-imposed limitations on investor choice. This is an unnecessary regulation and is surprising in this new and better era of relaxing burdensome regulations by the government. Please do not implement this unnecessary regulation and rule.
