I don't believe that restricting an investor's ability to buy leveraged or inverse funds is in the best interest of investors or the market. We all need to hedge our positions at times and Options aren't always the right answer. In fact, Options are an overall larger risk to most investors than leveraged or inverse funds. Please consider leaving the funds the way they are now. I have benefited greatly from using these funds from time to time.
