Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and they allow me to seek enhanced returns in my investment.
I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and I definitely dont want a third party evaluating me or my capability to understand these funds. I definitely do not want a third party preventing me from buying them.
I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors like myself have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
