I have been buying leveraged funds for years, both leveraged and inverse funds. Like most investors I understand there are risks involved but there are risks with any stock purchase. It would be i shame if you put the practices in place and I am no longer able to sell my shares as no one can buy them. They have let me make very large gains in short periods of time and I would really not have the same results if you limit this ability. Let the free markets continue to be the backbone of the trading public without government - imposed restrictions on investors.
