I am writing concerning the SEC 's proposal for the SEC to determine if I am qualified to purchase leveraged funds. First I want to say that it is none the SEC's business to determine if I a am qualified to buy leveraged funds. I will make my own decisions on whether or not to purchase a fund - say out of my life.
