I always read the prospectus before investing in new mutual funds (leveraged funds included).
I have been investing in leveraged funds for eight years. It helps balance out my portfolio and allow me to take advantage of market ups and downs. I understand the risk associated with using these funds and holding them for long periods of time. I have read the prospectus.
I oppose any regulation that will hinder the everday investor like me to use leveraged funds.
