To Whom it may concern:
Im writing to voice my displeasure for the proposed regulations related to leveraged and inverse funds. The use of these types of instruments are important to me as a private investor to protect my portfolio. Limiting my freedom to purchase a security in the public market sets a bad precedent and goes against the spirit of the long standing free public market system.
Please do not limit my access to these funds.
