I fully understand the risks associated with the use of investing my own money and I understand the consequences of seeking daily leveraged investment results.
Through my own education, the advice of a broker in the family, and the advice of a very close friend who is the VP for Bulls on Wall Street, I understand my risks and am greatly alarmed at the threat of losing my investment due to the SECs biased judgement that I am incapable of investing and assessing the risk of losing my own money.
I strongly disagree with and appeal any notion that I should lose my freedom to invest/risk my own money. Please allow me to continue investing until I see fit to discontinue it myself. Thank you.
