I am convinced that such rule is limiting my rights to invest in securities of my choice. I currently certify that for such funds, i am aware of the additional risks associated with leverage. Additional rule for suitability of my current personal net worth or investor profile will cripple small investors. Please withdraw the proposed regulation.
