As an Individual investor, I have right to chose what risk I am taking for my fund and receive appropriate return. This is soul spirit of Capitalism and Free Market. By putting restrictions on leveraged and Inverse ETF, it will hurt the current investors as this will reduce the participants. This is encroachment on our right as individual investor to chose what is good or bad investment.
