I am opposed to the proposed requirements described in Release No. 34-87607.
I understand the risks associated with all types of leveraged products and manage that risk through diversification, position limits and placement of hard stop losses.
Use of these leveraged products in an integral part of my personal money management strategy. It is not appropriate for my broker to decide what investment tools I can and cannot use to achieve my personal financial objectives.
