I do understand the risks and characteristics of leveraged and inverse funds.
I do understand the risks of holding daily "beta" products for longer periods of time.
I do log into my accounts and monitor my positions basically every day.
I have been investing and trading in leveraged and inverse funds for many years. I have used leveraged and inverse funds for protecting long term investments and for trading. My many years of investing and trading leveraged and inverse funds should automatically qualify me to continue trading them within your proposed regulations.
Brokerage firms should not have the right to decide whether investors are capable of assessing risk and should not have the right to disqualify investors from holding or trading publicly offered investments.
