My wife and I hold a substantial amount of shares in a ProShares fund that would be severely and negatively affected by SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. We are at a retirement and the vast majority of our retirement money is invested in these shares. And, given the current market situation, we cannot sell our shares without a devastating loss. This Proposed Rule will dramatically decrease the incentives for future investors to buy shares in our fund.
