I am against this new proposal because these funds make it very easy to trade the SP 500 signals which are published everyday. Without these funds, I would need to trade individual stocks which would have less correlation to the targets issued. The SEC and FBI already know about these signals but do nothing about them. Therefore, these funds are quite valuable in this setting where so much collusive trading goes on.
