I have been using Direxion ETF funds for many years now and I believe that they provide enough info in their prospectus for me to make my own decisions, knowing the risks of buying and selling these funds. I find this to be a much more convenient tool than trying to understand and place trades using "options". I really don't think the SEC needs to get in the way of making my decisions for me (or my broker, for that matter). It's my money and I know what I'm doing when I buy and sell these funds I check the status of my account daily and have done so for many years now.
