I am an individual investor who uses these inverse funds as a way to hedge my other investments in the market and smooth out the volatility in the markets. I believe that I am fully aware of the risks and consequences of these inverse funds. By limiting my ability to use such funds to diversify my portfolio and hedge my investments, you will be curtailing my investment choices and make my portfolio be subject to more volatility.
Please reconsider this proposal and please do not make it more cumbersome for individual investors who understand the risks and use these choices effectively for their investments.
