To whom it may concern:

I have been using leveraged funds from ProShares for a number of years, and they have served my long-term strategic goals well - I wouldn't want to miss them. I will have a much harder time to profit from the stock market if you make it difficult for me to use such instruments. With all due respect, I don't even know why you propose such regulation - I thought we live in the age of deregulation? What is your motivation?
In my experience, leveraged ETFs for are much better for the average investor than alternatives such as individual company shares. The reason is because gaining some intuition about an index is much easier than gaining intuition about the well-being of an individual company.
I urge not to implement the proposed rule.
