To Whom It May Concern At The SEC:
I am AGAINST additional regulatory requirements for investment into Leveraged and Inverse Funds.
I appreciate that these products may contain more risk than non leveraged investments. However, by voluntarily investing in these products, I also voluntarily acknowledge that I am aware of associated risks. I understand how these products work and understand how price changes may or may not directly reflect market activity. These products are used by me for two reasons: enhanced returns from a sector trend, and to provide a portfolio hedge when appropriate.
I believe in our free markets and will work hard to preserve my right to unfettered access to our markets and all investment products.
Please DO NOT change existing regulations governing individual investment into these products.
