It is not necessary, or desirable to limit these ETFs, as if a private investor assumes the risk of self-investing they surely have the savvy to analyze the risks. One can lose everything on ANY investment. To give this access to only professional investors/traders is going backwards to the days where only brokers could access the markets. I want to keep my access to the same instruments as the professionals.
