Your proposed regulations regarding leveraged and inverse investing are both unnecessary and inappropriate. Most of my investments are with a Financial Advisor but I have a small (10k) account that I do my own research and make investment decisions for. This Regulation would be burdensome and would invade my right to privacy. Please reconsider and do not move forward with this.
