I have traded leveraged ETFs for fourteen years seeking to increases my return or to protect my portfolio. I understand the MO of leveraged ETFs and totally disagree placing further restrictions on their trade. There does not seem to be a problem, why create one. Plus, I am sixty-nine years old and am surrounded by friends that trade online and I have never heard any complaints concerning leveraged funds or ETFs.
