I want to state below about LI funds
I do understand the characteristics and risks of LI Funds.
I understand that these funds are not supposed to be held for long duration, specially beta ones.
LI funds needs more frequent monitoring than other managed funds. For thus reason I login to my accounts every week and make proper adjustment if needed.
I support all my brokerage firms (Fidelity, Merryl Lynch, Etrade) and they should have the right to offer LI Funds or any other publicly offered investment.
My brokrage firms always inform me about inherited risks with my investments in LI Funds. In connection with this, the disclosure of the Prospectus and the attention in the media and the warnings provided by my brokerage firms, it is very unlikely that I would fail to understand the risks of LI Funds.
My prior use of LI Funds should automatically qualify me to continue trading LI Funds under the proposed regulations.
