Authorized agent for the Congregation of Celts. The proposed rules are heavy handed and not in the spirit of the Constitution. Adults in our society are capable of understanding the risks involved in L and I funds as witnessed by the balance individuals and institutions maintain in their investment accounts between contrarian and non-contrarian investments. The SEC is wrong to propose such rules and deprive investors of their right to invest their resources as they see fit. Such an action is illegal and will be contested through due process in the judicial system. The last thing the American people need is more government intervention in their fiscal lives.
