Apparently the SEC supports dictatorship over democracy. I suggest you put the uptick rule and the proposed leveraged fund regulations to a vote. .. which does more harm. While your at it look into institutions that recommend buying
or selling a security , only to find out they were doing the opposite.
ALSO WHY ARE THERE CIRCUIT BREAKERS ON THE WAY DOWN BUT NOT ON THE WAY UP
THERE ARE MANY ISSUES YOU COULD ADDRESS
I NEED THESE LEVERAGED FUNDS AS HEDGES AGAINST THESE WILD SWINGS. LEAVE US LITTLE GUYS ALONE WE DON'T NEED YOUR HELP???
