I need to be able to invest in the inverse ETF as they allow me to seek enhanced returns when the market is in a free fall. I do understand the downside of it but the upside is when the market is falling (which is about to occur in a span of 1 year), I make money when there is blood on the street. If you take that right from me, where is the democracy?
