Im in agreement with the SEC on this. These 3x funds seem to be very manipulated by short sellers. My understanding of these funds were that they would yield higher or lower gains based on the sector they focus on. I didnt think that they could be manipulated so easily by short sellers.
Ive lost my entire IRA in two weeks. Its heart breaking that this can happen to anyone who is not a day trading short seller.
I hope something gets accomplished here ASAP.
