Dear SEC, I've been trading leveraged and inverse funds for a few years. While there are times when I lose money when trading with these type of ETFs, in total I've made a fair amount more money than I've lost and find it as a valuable trading option to have available. I hope you don't put further restrictions on these type of trading tools.
