Hello.
I am writing to ensure the general investing public continues to have access to inverse and leveraged funds without onerous requirements to provide detailed personal financial information. As a physician investing some of my own funds (some may call this "dumb money") I have used these tools as well as put/call options effectively to protect my hard earned assets especially on the down side since the 2007 market top that led into the financial crisis. They are one of the few tools that individual investors have to keep a level playing field w/ computerized traders, HTF, quants and others. Thanks you for considering maintenance of the status quo
