I am constantly amazed an instrument is created then after x number of years .The govt discovers it not fit for the public .I personally have no problems as I do my homework .Please leave well enough alone .How about addressing the lack of a short rule .The machines can pound the market
like they did the last to weeks ,who does that serve it scares the public ,makes people wish they never got involved in the market ,and the machines continue to make money at our expense
