To whom it may concern:
I believe it is outrageous for the government to control who can invest in what funds. The only possibility is that you wish to limit who can profit from specific types of transactions which is unacceptable. Everyone should be allowed to build their portfolio as they see fit and protect their investments in any manner they choose. I should be able to work with my financial partner to make sound investments that are a fit for me without a 3rd party having to review it. My financial partner keeps me informed about what I am investing in and I do so well informed. The markets should be left open and free without regulations or limitations on what can be invested in.
