This proposed legislation poses a severe and unnecessary burden on "experienced traders". While it may help insure that uninformed or poorly informed traders it will severely hurt those traders who do understand the risks. And most importantly of all, where does this type of "control" stop ? What's category of investments would be next ? Please consider stopping this effort now.
