To Whom it may concern at the SEC,
Please do not restrict access to Leveraged and Inverse etfs. These investments give average investors opportunities to succeed in down markets and up. The investors I know do not want to submit extensive personal information to their brokers for them to have arbitrary power in deciding who gets to trade what products. We all understand the extra risk and monitor these investments closely to mitigate that risk.
