Dear Sir:
I have been using these inverse and/or leveraged Proshares for many years.
These Proshare investments have saved me in the middle of the collapse of my financial situation many times.
It is the freedom of the decision of each individual which has generated the mighty power of the current success in our country.
The interference from other parties for making my own decision for my future investments is fundamentally violated our US CONSTITUTION.
Please let the current Proshare system as it is now.
