Dear Sirs,
I wish to voice my disagreement with proposed rules to limit or otherwise burden the qualification process for the purchase of leveraged ETF funds. These funds provide a much needed product for investors to boost theyre returns while limiting the risk normally associated with margin accounts. I strongly believe that these products remain available to the everyday investor such as myself.
