I feel that investors definitely should have the right to invest in LI Funds at their sole discretion. I do not want cumbersome rules about whether or not a person is capable of choosing his investments. Any investor who is using LI Funds already is knowledgeable about the stock market because it is a fairly esoteric segment of the market. Do not add cumbersome rules to impede investments by normal, savvy individual investors.
